Scott E. Mullaney

Scott focuses his practice on helping people protect their assets through various estate planning techniques, including the preparation of Will and Trust documents. Scott helps individuals to navigate through probate issues involving themselves or their family members. He is a contributor to the Probate Law Journal of Ohio, and is a member of the Akron Bar Association’s Probate Law Section. Scott also serves as the Magistrate for a local Mayor’s Court.
