Thomas R. Houlihan

Tom spends much of his professional time writing and arguing appeals, and after testing and a review of his body of work, he was certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in Appellate Law. He has a background in computers and technology, being a former database administrator and certified computer forensic examiner. In that role, he has served as a consulting attorney to Fortune 500 companies involved in electronic evidence disputes. He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Bankruptcy Courts in Ohio, a number of Federal District Courts, and has been admitted pro hac vice in the state courts of several states.
